A new addition to the portfolio and complimenting the well known Delica 'family' of varieties, Delica Star offers additional benefits that will make this variety popular with growers. With a very dark green skin, Delica Star is quite unique in appearance. Providing intermediate resistance to powdery mildew, Delica Star offers a higher yield potential both in terms of average fruit weight and also the total number of marketable fruit. Delica Star has good post harvest characteristics and is suitable for short to medium term storage.
